Led by Shruthi Vijayakumar who is a coach, bridge builder, educator, truth teller and beacon supporting changemakers to bring out their fullest potential in service of a future where all people and Nature can thrive.

The way we lead, the place from which we lead shapes what we create. We support leaders to act from a deeply rooted and grounded inner space. We help changemakers access their truth, inner power and from this place take transformative, bold and aligned action for a better future.

Our systems are failing us and in need of a desperate redesign. Our Earth is calling for visionaries, artists, innovators and entrepreneurs to create transformative change across all sectors of society.

Rooted Rising along with a range of collaborators, draws on Indigenous, Eastern and Western knowledge systems to support leaders to connect to their highest potential and implement transformative innovations for a flourishing future
