Meet Shruthi

I am a South Indian, Tamil, Kiwi based in Aotearoa New Zealand.

My path to this work has been shaped by diverse experiences—from consulting at Boston Consulting Group to running social enterprise accelerators, from studying sustainability and social entrepreneurship at Oxford University to learning from Elders of diverse Indigenous & wisdom traditions in forests and monasteries.

Rooted Rising draws its inspiration from nature and helps leaders find deep grounding, inner peace, and Self-confidence whilst taking bold and courageous action for a better future. We believe a lot of answers to today’s challenges can be found in our ancient wisdom traditions and actively bridge these with modern approaches.
